Is Pearly Penile Papules a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)?

If you find some sort of wart looking bumps on the head of your genitals, does it mean that you are infected with a sexually transmitted disease? Most of the guys are not sure about it and they are just way too embarrassed to show it to anybody. If you got the fact that there are a bunch of bumps on the head of your penis, especially on the bottom side of the penile head, this normal case is known as PPP or Pearly Penile Papules. There is no need to be scared or to feel like crap, this is not STD. The first reaction to this is that you want to know for sure that this is actually PPP. Normally these penis bumps have fleshy color and pyramid shaped appearance.

When a man finds those penile bumps on his most important body part, they start thinking about: Where did I get this from? Most of the fellas who find these 'microscopic' lumps on their penis for the first time they get afraid of the thought that they acquired some kind of crappy disease.

There is no need to panic of course, this is not a serious illness, this is only a harmless condition of your small, big or thick cock. But in reality is that you don’t take over pearly penile papules from someone else but bumps developed by your own skin. Therefore, you should not try to recall with whom you slept last time because they are not responsible for this.

The condition can appear on the penis of a virgin man as well. Instead of cribbing or losing your confident you should look out for things that you can do to get rid of them. Another principle, these penile bumps are not contagious and you would not be infecting your partner with it while having sex.

PPP is being associated with a myth that it is a serious sexually transmitted genital disease. If you are among those men who are carrying few bumps on their penis, then don't worry you are just fine, there is no need to start living in a fear. Yes, it might be a freaky condition but still it is not a serious condition like AIDS or Gonorrhea.

It is just a simple skin condition which means you would not find any difficulty before sexual intercourse. It could be possible that the condition is affecting you mentally and psychologically and you are not able to enjoy the session to the fullest. This may lead to bad or reduced sexual activity.

But remember, it is not because of PPP rather it was just your mental state and reaction towards the warts on your penis. PPP gives an unpleasant appearance to the penis but it does not affect the intercourse and infect your partner. Therefore, you should look out for cure to get rid of PPP and get into the bed with the same confidence that you used to have earlier and your performance might be better as well after it completely healed at the end of the treatment.
