They look slightly different lower down the shaft of your penis, like pussy lumps under the skin. I think his document will help you to know as much as you wish about treatment, PPP can mess you up with relationships I know, so deal with it now and live PPP free then. I want to tell you that I use to have ppp similar to what you had, maybe not quite as many but I did have two rows almost completely around the circumfrence of the rim. Can PPP develope slightly later in life? For years now I've had sebaceous prominence (bumps along the shaft) and noticed a very slight bit off PPP around the head of my penis. As of the last two months I have noticed a few growths in that area. After much picture research and self inspection I am convinced that it's PPP developing, the pattern and appearance is consistent. I'm also uncircumcised. The only thing that doesn't makes much sense is that I am 27 and all my reading has told me that this is something that takes places a bit earlier. Instead of having dot things on the rim of the penis I instead have cyst like things on the shaft of the penis. Anybody has an idea what I have and possibly how to deal with them.

I am suffering from the same thing and well I went to the dermatologist too, and she said I have ppp also and still wasn't satisfied cause she just looked and gave me that ppp diagnosis so a week or so later of worrying about it and finally went to a std clinic and she too looked and gave the same diagnosis too, just the thing is I'm asking for me when i was younger I seen them on my rim of my penis and well at that time it wasn't looking bad at all and i didn't even worry just as time went on only recently since 2008 have I noticed them spreading and that made me think i have genital warts or HPV but that was before I went to the dermatologist and the std clinic so now again its like they are showing up in new places on the rim of my penis and there white and not really cluttered together spaces in between them I'm asking you if they spread for you over time as you got older like me? I was around 18ish when I 1st noticed them very little but now I'm 28 and last year 2008 I noticed them more apparent and it scared me.

When I posted that comment I was convinced that this was just made up story. Then today exactly a month later I come upon this website again in search of a cure and see that my comment was actually posted and that you've replied! I now realize that the other comments are posted by real people too and that this treatment actually works, it has made me so excited that there is cheap alternative cure. I'm in my early 40s (uncircumsized but with a fully retractractable foreskin) and have had the same condition since puberty i guess. I remember feeling self conscious at the time and went to my doc when i was 18 and asked him. He said its common and described them as just prominent sebacious glands. I stupidly tried a home remedy of cutting them off one by one with a small pair of sharp nail scissors. Needless to say they bled a lot and just regrew.
