This is the age old question that we still didn't receive straight answers from specialists, what are the causes of having PPP? Before we move any further on this subject make sure you check out my pearly penile papules photos at first.
What we know for sure is that it's not related to regular sanitation, therefore we can conclude that it is not caused by hygienic reasons. This doesn't mean that we should neglect keeping our private area as clean and odorless as possible. The PPP's surface is very smooth, they contour the head of the penis in large numbers.
Some experts recently stated that it may be caused by the sweat glands of the skin. These glands try to pull out minerals from our blood to produce numerous substances, and they present in two types that we know of, the sweat and the sebaceous glands. Our body temperature is regulated by them, and they also help eliminate toxic elements from our system. We can find them in a great number on our palm, front and top of the head, under the armpits etc. It plays an important role in the lubrication of the skin, and keeping the hair follicle growth.
Because it contains countless nerve endings it is very sensitive to touch or pressure, we shouldn't be frightened to keep the flesh moist or oiled so we can alleviate allergic reactions to heat or cold. It varies in size and thicknedd depending on the height or age of the individual. It's function is to keep a protective cushion on the outer skin of the males genitals. PPP cannot be found on children below the age of 10, and it is not present at the time of birth, it evolves only in puberty.
If hair grows out from the bumps that means those lumps are not PPP, and they must be located on the shaft or foreskin of the penis. That is called sebaceous prominences and no matter how hard we try to avoid them they still come out on the surface of the humans skin in a form of hard bumps. It may cover the entire shaft area of the organ. It may cover both types of skin: Non-hairy and glabrous skin, it is generally influenced by the mesoderm that forms the sub-cutaneous tissue and dermis.
In normal circumstances the rate of production of the skin is equal with the number or cell layers and we may need to wait several months until we reach the corneum status. Sebaceous cells will slowly be displaced towards the stratum corneum where cells are getting shed from its surface.
These two layers will interact through a special membrane which builds up on the skins surfaces.
There are no muscles connected to these pustules, and if you consider treatment the function of the blood vessels will be perfectly normal, the nutrition interacts with the skin and they will regulate the color of these dome shaped lumps. Make sure you use sanitizers to disinfect the area in a daily basis.
