The symptoms of pearly penile papules:
Can these small growths get itchy?
I personally never heard of somebody saying that my PPP shows irritation and my lumps are occasionally itching. It is not an inflammatory skin problem. Patients never reported symptoms like inflation or redness. Cryotherapy is used by most dermatologists to treat several skin abnormalities. Applying different kinds of liquids on these small benign growths will be useless whatsoever. We can moderately apply creams and massage them carefully between the pearly papules.
It is not a result of some kind of allergy or immune system weaknesses and we cannot compare them to skin rashes or malignant skin diseases. PPP is not considered as a severe penis condition and not as a chronic disease.
How about the combination of swelling and burning?
If you will seek medical therapy treatment of these skin eruptions, after treatment your junky lesions may get swollen, but that won't happen just like that spontaneously. If it is carefully examined your specialist will be able to tell you the approximate success rate and outcome of an operation.
Can PPP get sensitive?
Yes, it is a very delicate part of your penis, it is very sensitive so don't touch it with dirty hand or do not try to scrape it with any kind of plastic or metal objects. Without proper anesthetic burning or scraping it would be very painful. When they perform curettage the physician may use a sharp special tool to scrape away these abnormal tissues.
It's a benign growth of the males papillary genitalia, electro-dessication and curettage can be used as a treatment option. It will very likely leave small red marks and small wounds may appear around the head on the penis. Cauterization is also an option but it provides weak results.
These white spots or lesions cannot be treated with pills or medication, and they don't go away on their own, unless some serious operation is performed on these red spots. Liquids are not a solution either to treat the skin colored red marks. A good dermatologist can determine the exact diagnostics whether it can be treated or not.
Do not try to use ice on them or freeze those red bumps, scabbing may occur and scars will appear. Moreover, it is not recommended to attempt to peel these white lumps, it is unlikely that you will do any good to them. I would be a bad idea to try to extract them with a small blade, bleeding may occur and there is also the risk of the infection.
