Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) is a common skin condition of the males penile head. Teenagers will already notice these interesting pink bumps as soon as at the age of 15. What we need to understand is that they will not disappear on their own, and they will still be present on the head of the penis even after several years.
You may relax, it's not transferable from one partner to another, and it's not defined as an STD. We cannot determine it as a skin disease, it's located under the head of the penis in a bunch of rows and it forms random patterns. There is no need for surgical intervention, unless the patient wants to get rid of these red lumps because of embarrassment. Most man feel somewhat uncomfortable about this matter and the consciousness that they have to live with these unwanted skin lesions for a long time.
If we would place these fluffy skin lesions under a magnifier, they would look like "little pink balloons filled with water". In fact a very high percentage of its content is simply water, but that doesn't mean you should attempt to pop or poke them. Yes, all these little humps are very sensitive and it's not a brilliant idea to play with them, otherwise they can get infected fairly easy.
Most woman don't even realize it that something is not right on there. Most girls don't even pay attention to it, for example my girlfriend didn't notice it at all and we were together for more than four years.
In case of a blow-job: The odds are pretty low that she will feel it with her tongue as long as they are small. Make sure she does it under the comforter or other solution, make sure the light are off and the curtains are closed:)). Their shape can vary from penis to penis, it can be elongated or have more of a round shape.
As far as I know it doesn't affect your intimate potency, and it doesn't interfere with sexual pleasure. However, for some men these penis lobes can get excessively sensitive, so I don't know for sure what needs to be done other than using more lubricants the next time you have fun with her. In case she notices it just don't be lame to tell her the truth, eventually this is no big deal, you've done nothing wrong you won't infect anyone with it, it's a completely natural occurrence of the phallus especially among uncircumcised men.
The form and appearance of the PPP varies from men to men, some have more severe cases and others may not have it continuously all around the corona the might only have just a few lumps here and there. Some say that people that don't wash themselves on a regular basis on their private areas, have a bigger chance of developing these penile bumps, but there is no scientific evidence whatsoever. Nobody knows if it's true or not because circumcised man also discover these lumps on their worms and they affirm to have proper hygiene habits as well.
Like I mentioned, treatment is not essential if you've got PPP, but if you would like to get rid of them for cosmetic reasons visit my home page to learn how I removed my PPP at home.
